1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Timeline: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Process: Contact us via email or phone with your order number
  • Refund: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery and return the package
  • Return shipping charges may apply

2. Returns

Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly differs from description
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping address

Step 3: Ship the Product

  • Pack the product securely in original packaging
  • Ship within 3 days of receiving return authorization
  • You may use our courier partner (charges may apply) or your preferred service

Step 4: Inspection

  • We inspect returned products within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Products must meet return eligibility criteria

4. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Full refund within 5-7 business days of inspection
  • Wrong Product: Full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Customer’s Mind Changed: Refund minus shipping charges within 7-10 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer times may vary by financial institution

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Products with visible signs of use
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Size/color exchanges available for applicable products

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange pickup at no additional cost
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided

7. Prepaid vs. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prepaid Orders

  • Eligible for full refund per policy above
  • Refund to original payment method

COD Orders

  • Refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)
  • Processing may take additional 2-3 business days

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping for damaged/defective products: Borne by us
  • Return shipping for other reasons: May be borne by customer

9. Non-Delivery

If an order is not delivered within the maximum delivery timeline:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with the courier
  • Full refund if order is lost or significantly delayed

10. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Force majeure events
