1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• All major cities and towns in India
• Select Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Rural areas (subject to courier serviceability)

We do not ship to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
• Peak Season: 2-3 business days (during festivals/sales)
• Customized Products: 3-5 business days

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday.

3. Delivery Timeline

Metropolitan Cities

• Minimum: 3-5 business days
• Maximum: 7 business days
• Cities include: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad

Tier 2 Cities

• Minimum: 5-7 business days
• Maximum: 10 business days
• Cities include: Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kochi, Indore, Nagpur, etc.

Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas

• Minimum: 7-10 business days
• Maximum: 12-15 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

• Minimum: 10-15 business days
• Maximum: 20-25 business days
• Subject to customs clearance

Shipping method assigned based on delivery location and product type.

6. Order Tracking

• Tracking Number: Provided within 24 hours of shipment
• Tracking Methods:
  • Email with tracking link
  • SMS updates
  • Account dashboard
  • Courier website

7. Delivery Attempts

• First Attempt: Courier attempts delivery at provided address
• Failed Delivery: SMS/Call notification sent
• Second Attempt: Rescheduled within 24-48 hours
• Third Attempt: Final attempt made
• RTO (Return to Origin): After 3 failed attempts or 7 days, package returns to us

8. Delivery Requirements

• Valid address with landmark
• Working phone number
• Recipient availability during business hours (9 AM – 7 PM)
• ID proof may be required for high-value orders

9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

• Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
• Verify delivery address in order confirmation
• Contact us within 48 hours with order details
• We will investigate with courier partner (3-5 business days)

Lost in Transit

• If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us
• We will file investigation with courier
• Replacement or refund provided after investigation (7-10 days)

10. Damaged During Shipping

• Inspect package upon delivery
• Report visible damage immediately to delivery person
• Refuse delivery if package is severely damaged
• Contact us within 24 hours with photos
• Replacement dispatched within 3-5 business days

11. Address Change

• Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to update address
• After Shipment: Address cannot be changed; package may be returned to origin
• Reshipment charges applicable for address correction

12. Delivery Delays

Possible reasons for delays:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Political unrest or strikes
• Courier operational issues
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Public holidays in delivery location

We will notify you of significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

13. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available for orders up to ₹[Amount]
• COD charges: ₹[Amount] per order
• Payment accepted in cash only at delivery
• Please keep exact change

14. Multiple Items in One Order

• Items may ship separately based on availability
• You’ll receive separate tracking numbers
• No additional shipping charges

15. Bulk Orders

For orders with 10+ items or high-value purchases:

16. Weekends and Holidays

• No deliveries on Sundays and national holidays
• Orders placed on weekends processed on next business day

17. Pre-Orders and Backorders

• You’ll be notified if delivery date changes
• Option to cancel if timeline doesn’t work
